This training workshop is designed to build and strengthen the Emotional Intelligence skills of leaders or high-potential employees.

Methods of Training: This program is based on interactive sessions and experiential learning. Training techniques will include eliciting, role plays, real-life case studies, fun games, peer feedback and team challenges. It will use online quizzes, exercises or self-tests and regular personal challenges. Most importantly, participants will finish the workshop with a personal action plan which they will commit to, for themselves and their company.
