This session explains adults learning Principals and styles, participants will identify their own styles and the different types of adult learners and how to adjust to each style in training.
This part explores the key success factors of training programs like needs assessments and evaluation to create a solid
This session will guide participants to write the solid training objectives to fill in the performance gaps of their audience, what they know and need to know, and the best approach to achieve effectively
This Segment introduces 25 proven training tools and methodologies and how to use them for maximum training impact, to keep learning fresh and energetic to focus the training objectives of learners
2. Delivering Dynamic Training - Conduct Programs Confidently & Professionally for engaging Learners
This lays the foundation of characteristics of exceptional Trainers and what it takes to become one of the best, explore the pitfalls and how to avoid them
As a training session proceeds the trainer must ensure that the focus stays on the topic under consideration focusing Relevancy challenge, Time challenge, Monitor non-verbal communication & the assertive technique
A professional and well-planned start to a session can serve to avoid potential problems while actively creating a pleasant and positive working atmosphere, criticals are Rapport building techniques, Ground rules Metaphors to set the scene, Clearing questions as way of getting in the right frame of mind
