Brian is dedicated to helping people and organisations learn and develop. He does this through consulting with clients to identify gaps in performance and then working with them to develop and implement practical solutions to close those gaps. Brian’s management consulting practice includes business advisory services and training services.
Brian O’Reilly is the founder and Managing Director of SEA Management Consulting Company (SEA) and has been working in Vietnam for over 15 years. He is currently a Director and was the former President of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (AusCham) and co-chairs the Vietnam Business Forum’s (VBF) Educational and Training Working Group.
In 2003 he launched and managed the first fully international MBA Program in Vietnam at RMIT International University, Vietnam and in 2010 launched his third Australian MBA program here in Vietnam. His experience also includes strategic change management, implementing SAP-R3, organisational restructuring, project management, developing and delivering training modules, facilitating workshops, business process re-engineering, and business planning. He has developed and delivered training programs in Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
Brian has fifteen years experience in civil engineering, managing projects in road design (urban and rural), road construction, building construction and managing and supervising urban road maintenance programs.
Prior to moving to Vietnam, Brian has lived and worked in Australia and Ireland. He has a Master of Business Administration, has an Australian accredited lecturing qualification, and is an Australian accredited corporate trainer, in addition to holding civil engineering qualifications.
