Mr Mai Thanh Hoai has had intensive 12 years experience in sales, distribution, brand marketing and training in the executive and management roles in two multinational companies in Vietnam since 1994.Mr Hoai has built up successfully agent distribution network and product distribution channel. He has planned, launched and evaluated many promotion & sales programs. Those experiences have enriched his intensive knowledge and skills in people management and development.
Joining the Board of Trainers of Tan Duc (TD&T) Professional Training School, Mr Hoai has shown his full competences and inspirations in training for sales representatives, sales executives, medical representatives, supervisors, line managers in the following courses: Basic & Advanced Sales Skills, Sales Management, Supervision Skills, Leadership and Management, Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Project Management, Customer Service, Team Building, etc. His sound understanding of the Vietnamese market has enabled him to design and facilitate the training courses that meet the needs of customers.
Mr Hoai’s training approach with deep passion and commitment has gained high degree of participants’ involvement and participation in the learning process. His style is to incorporate both the practical and theoretical concepts in order for participants to have a wider scope of perspectives.
