Vu Anh is currently the Head of HR of Vietnams largest media, communication and entertainment group in Vietnam. Concurrently, she works as freelance HR Consultant and Facilitator.

In 2010, Vu Anh attended CAPELLE CONSULTING (Singapore) on Consultancy in OCA (Organization Capability Assessment), OD (Organisation Development) and OT (Organisation Transformation).

She is not only experienced in well-established global/multi-national organizations but also emerging local start-ups.
From 2006 to present, Vu Anh has played the role of Associate/Freelance Consultant – Facilitator at SmartHR Vietnam – recently acquired by Watson Wyatt Worldwide and then merged to become Towers Watson Vietnam, involved in consulting projects and delivering both in-house and public courses of General HR Management, Recruitment & Selection Overview, Interviewing Skills, Effective Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, organizing team-building activities, etc. She demonstrates special competence in organizational learning & development and her facilitation skills have also been highly appreciated.
In 2010, CAPELLE Consulting (Singaporean firm providing consultancy to Government bodies in Singapore) trained Vu Anh on OCA (Organization Capability Assessment), OD (Organisation Development) and OT (Organisation Transformation) Consulting.
Since 2011, she has been invited to join certain consulting projects by HayGroup Vietnam, as Independent Consultant.
Her current full-time role since early 2012 is Head of HR at DatVietVAC Group Holdings (datvietvac.vn) the first and largest group consisting of 8 subsidiaries operating in Media Planning & Buying, TV Channel Management, TV Content Business and Out-of-home Advertising.
Vu Anh led Human Resources, Organization Development and non-commercial Purchasing of Vien Thong A JSC (www.vienthonga.com), the leading high-tech retailer in Vietnam with ~1,500 employees working in ~80 chain- stores, warrantee centers, warehouses, and offices nationwide for nearly 3 years (Feb 2009 Oct 2011).
Priorly, in 2008 Vu Anh was the Human Resources Manager of Mekong Capital, the most experienced Vietnam- focused private equity investment management firm. The job lasts for 8 months.
From 2005 to 2008, Vu Anh has made significant accomplishments as Senior Manager (HR), establishing and leading HR function for VinaGame JSC (currently VNG Corporation), the most successful service provider and operator of Internet-based entertainment and community services in Vietnam. Under her leadership, HR function has contributed significantly to growing VinaGame team from 100 employees to more than 1,100 employees within 2.5 years, developing pure senior IT technicians to functional managers, structuring the organization to cope up with the rapid expansion of business activities and diversification of products, providing and retaining talents to contribute to and sustain the company success. -time ever nationwide online survey in which VinaGame has achieved high employee satisfaction rate in all employment aspects.
Before being remarked as a reputable practitioner in HR community, Vu Anh has gained impressive and consistent promotion in the foundation steps of her HR career at Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd. from 2000 to 2005. During this challenging period, as the HR Executive cum Administration Manager, Vu Anh has focused on handling HR support to all expatriate employees. She has also been the one generating overall periodical reports of HR activities in Coca-Cola Indochina Region to Coca-. Besides, Vu Anh has been an active member of the Labor Reconciliation Council, directly co-handling labor disputes in the organization of more than 2,500 employees nationwide. Her capabilities in organizing HR system and excellent operational skills acquired during her employment in an effectively-organized multi-national system like Coca-Cola have become part of her greatest professional assets.
Early 2009, Vu Anh was offered, as 1st employee in Vietnam, the position of Human Resources Manager of Hong Leong Bank Vietnam, the first foreign bank from ASEAN to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam.
