Ms. Carollyn has 15 (intensive) years of experience in finance of which over 8 years in different challenging leadership positions. She managed departments who were responsible for sales and customer service in Retail and Private Banking. During this period her leadership in change was one of her signature strengths. She challenged her teams to perform at the top with the customer as the center.
As a Trainer she mainly works with Leaders in different levels of the organization. Her experience is in the area of Leadership, Teambuilding, Engaging with the Corporate Culture, Coach Development to coach the coach, Change Management, Authentic Communication, Assertiveness, Influencing Skills, Problem Solving, The power of Positivity and How to Love Yourself. She is an advocate for Women in Leadership and helps them to maximize performance.
She uses an empowering, energetic and fun approach that addresses passion and purpose. She relates the organization vision, mission and values when training. Carollyn works on the mindset when using practical methodologies and has a warm presence with genuine interest. Communication is her strength and connection with her trainees is the key. She uses reflection and confrontation through different ways of training, video’s, exercises and games.
Carollyn gained her Accredit Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) after completing 40 hours of classroom training, 35 hours of intensive supervised practical coaching, 10 hours of Mentor Coaching and 100 hours Coaching different clients. She has a certificate of Excellence of in Business Coaching and attained a Level 1 ‘License to Coach’ from the School of Coaching International. She is also a Certified Health Coach (HC) which enables her to use an integral approach in her coaching.
Carollyn lives in Vietnam since 2012 and besides coaching individual clients she has delivered training programs to RMIT University, Pepperl & Fuchs, Tebodin Bilfinger, Siemens, De Heus, Siam Brothers Group, Lin Center for Community Development.
